When will my sauna get here?

1-2 weeks if you order today. In stock products will ship out within 2-4 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, depending on where you're located, transit time will take between 3-7 business days.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will begin preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 1-2 days prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to schedule your delivery appointment. You must be home to accept and sign for the delivery during your appointment as scheduled.

Can you assemble my sauna for me?

This sauna is built to assemble easily within 30 minutes to two hours with two adults with no tools necessary. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to do it yourself, we recommend hiring a local handyman to do it for you.

Do you provide financing?

We have partnered with Shop Pay to offer financing options at checkout. Just select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method in Step 3 at checkout and follow their instructions.

How hot do your saunas get?

Our traditional saunas typically get up to 195F with a basic heater and can get up to 230F with a premium heater. Most of our infrared saunas get up to 140F, but if you want an infrared sauna that gets up to 170F, check out our Finnmark line.

Can I put an indoor sauna outside?

Yes, as long as it's not exposed to sun and rain directly. If you don't plan to put it under a covered patio or something similar, we recommend getting a custom outdoor sauna cover for it and keeping it covered as shown.

What is the difference between a regular model and the Elite version? (Low EMF vs Ultra Low EMF)

Just the heating panels. Otherwise they're identical. The regular low EMF model emits less than 8mG and the Elite version emits less than 3mG. If you’re not familiar, EMF stands for electromagnetic frequency and you can think of it kind of like radiation. Long story short, the less EMF you expose yourself to, the healthier you’ll be, so it’s always best to go with the Elite version if you plan to make a habit out of using your sauna, and you can afford the upgrade.

Chromotherapy, also known as color therapy, is a form of alternative therapy that uses colors to improve physical and mental well-being. We are very happy with our Titan 2 Person Sauna. Shipping was fast and driver was very friendly. Took about 2 hours to put together by myself. My wife helped me hold up front two walls to get started, then let me work. Very easy to assemble with the provided instructions.
I have it set up in the garage and it takes about 30min to get to 145 degrees. My wife and I have used it together the past few weeks and it’s amazing. Bluetooth speakers are loud and clear. We love our new sauna! It was easy to assemble right out of the box….took about 45 minutes with 2 people. Once assembled, we were able to use it that very night. The sauna preheats to about 110 degrees in about 15 minutes. The heaters are well placed! Highly recommend the back rests for added comfort. It’s plenty big for 2 adults. We also love the infrared light and the Bluetooth that is built in. The Bluetooth easily connects to our phone and TV.

If you don’t have one, you’re missing out!

I wanted to be sure of my review before I posted it. This is a fabulous infrared sauna, and I am somewhat of a novice, but also expert because I’ve been doing sauna for the last 40 years of my life I can say without hesitation. This product is extremely well crafted, very easy to assemble and a pleasure to use on a daily basis sometimes twice a day. Our body is accumulate so much toxicity on a daily basis that our cells cannot communicate with each other effectively therefore we need someway to purge these toxins out, and I have found no better way than sauna. Keep in mind this sauna has all of the bells and whistles. It has Bluetooth so you can listen to your music or listen to a book or simply just relax and listen to whatever pleases you also very very low emf. The reason I say that is because a sauna should enhance your life and should please you and this sauna definitely does not disappoint. Therefore, I’ve had a good experience working with the company that produced the sauna they followed through on every detail and made sure that I was completely happy at the beginning during delivery, and even after the sauna was delivered. Therefore, i say run don’t walk and get yourself on to your very own sauna program that you can do from the comfort of your home. They come in various sizes. Mine is the two person and I need no more room. The construction is flawless if that’s what you’re into. I’m into the results and this sauna amd company is on point. Almost Perfect!

This Sauna is a great addition to my home gym! Once ordered, which was easy! My Sauna was shipped and deliver in a few days.. Which was outstanding! I had help from my granddaughters, which made for easy assembly. I have been using my sauna 4 to 5 times weekly, and wow! talk about getting your sweat on and the red light therapy and hooking up my phone and playing music which is relaxing and of course sweating... So, Overall I am very pleased with King Saunas's customer service and product. There is one small issue, it does not bother me however, it needs to be stated. I like my sauna at max temperature or pretty close to it. It takes about an hour to reach that temperature. So when I start my workout, which takes about an hour, I kick it on. Once my workout is over I step in and get my sweat on for 30 minutes...

I recently purchased the Haven Elite 2 and am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. It seamlessly integrates with my cold plunge routine. While I was initially drawn to its low electromagnetic field (EMF) capabilities, I was also particularly interested in its ability to accommodate two individuals, which is ideal for my wife and me. She is 5’6”, while I am 6’4”. The speakers provide excellent sound quality, allowing me to stream soothing spa-inspired music while immersing myself in the experience.

Putting together the Elite 2 requires two individuals. I highly recommend it. Start with the front door first, that’s super important. The most challenging aspect of the setup was unpacking all the different sections. Some of the clasps on the back proved difficult to secure, but overall, the product is well-constructed for its price range.

Returning home after a long day at work and utilizing the Elite 2 to release stress and tension has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I express my gratitude to King Saunas for providing me with this valuable tool.

5 Stars After Minor Glitch

I did a ton of research on saunas and decided to go with this Obsidian Near Zero EMF 3 Person Sauna. I am glad that I did. Initially the sauna kept blowing the breaker even though we had it on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. The issue was we had a GFCI outlet installed which needed to be swapped out for a regular outlet. Since then we have had no problems. This sauna heats up quick and within 5 minutes I am sweating out of every pour in my body. We love the bluetooth capability as we set our wellness/spa music and just relax in the sauna. If I had the room I would have gone bigger but this sauna is great for 2 people. The near mid and far infrared is amazing. We take a nice cold shower after that sauna and feel amazing. It has helped with my sciatic nerve pain and I find myself falling asleep easier. The chromeotherapy lighting is a very nice touch to change the mood. We added a Eucalyptus diffuser inside for the soothing aroma. I would not hesitate to purchase this sauna. In fact I HIGHLY recommend it. You will not be sorry.

I have been wanting an infrared sauna for years to use as a non-invasive treatment of health issues. Kept looking at them at trade shows (those were not even full spectrum for much higher prices). My husband ran into someone who got a FS sauna from King Saunas. After a conversation, he ordered the Sapphire 2 person FS. Delivery was great. The two of us put it together in less than 30 minutes. Honestly, unpacking it took longer, as the sauna was packaged extremely well to prevent damage. It has been set up for 4 days, and I have used it every day. It’s a game changer. The quality is amazing. It heats up quickly, and the chromotherapy is an added bonus.
I had a question about the cord length before the sauna arrived - was deciding on exact setup location based on that answer. Customer Service answered me in less than 5 minutes. This is a very responsive company. Andrew emailed a personalized thank you video after it was ordered. What company does that?!?! If you have been wanting a sauna, this is the company to order it from. Looking forward to charting health progress after using it for a longer period of time.

Haven elite sauna

Received the sauna fast. It was packaged really well. Set up was easy. Everything seems to be functioning. Only one issue, the finish on the outside of the sauna is not very well done. Some bare spots on the corners and on the roof section. Not a deal breaker but for the price should be better
