FAQs
Where are you located and where do you ship?
We are US owned and operated with our main headquarters located in Los Angeles, California. We ship orders anywhere within the continental US from our distributed network of warehouses operated by our logistics partners in California, Illinois, and Virginia.
How much is shipping?
We're proud to provide FREE SHIPPING on all of our products throughout the Continental United States.
When will my sauna get here?In stock products will ship out within 2-4 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, depending on where you're located and which shipping service you select, transit time will take between 3-7 business days.
Does my sauna come assembled? If not, can you assemble it?
The saunas that we carry come pre-fabricated on pallets. They each come with instruction manuals for assembly and most of them require no tools to assemble. On average it takes two people less than 1 hour to fully assemble the saunas we sell, although that time can vary based on the size of the sauna and your level of comfort in assembling it.
What happens after I place my order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will begin preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 1-2 days prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to schedule your delivery appointment. You must be home to accept and sign for the delivery during your appointment as scheduled.
How hot do your saunas get?Traditional saunas typically get up to 202 F while infrared saunas get up to 140 F.
What kind of flooring can an indoor sauna go on?
Typically, any type of flooring is sufficient. Our models are completely self-contained.
Can I put my indoor sauna outside?
Yes, as long as it's not exposed to sun and rain directly. If you don't plan to put it under a covered patio or something similar, we recommend getting a cover for it and keeping it covered when not in use.
What is the difference between the regular model and the Elite? (Low EMF vs. Ultra Low EMF)
Just the heating panels. Otherwise they're identical. The regular low EMF model emits less than 8mG and the Elite version emits less than 3mG. If you’re not familiar, EMF stands for electromagnetic frequency and you can think of it kind of like radiation. Long story short, the less EMF you expose yourself to, the healthier you’ll be, so it’s always best to go with the Elite version if you plan to make a habit out of using your sauna, and you can afford the upgrade.
